Abstract:   (33 Views)

Background and Objective: There are many ethical concerns regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in various aspects of human life. The application of artificial intelligence should align with protecting the rights of individuals and adhering to ethical principles to prevent widespread anomalies. Observing ethical standards in the use of artificial intelligence is equivalent to complying with laws related to subjects and non-discrimination. The purpose of this study is to identify key ethical challenges associated with the use of artificial intelligence in the healthcare sector, propose solutions to address these challenges, evaluate the impact of artificial intelligence on the quality and accessibility of medical and health services, and examine the perspectives of stakeholders-including doctors, patients, and policymakers-on its use in health.
Methods: In this systematic review study, a comprehensive search was conducted in scientific databases including PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Web of Science. Using keywords such as "artificial intelligence," "ethics," "health," "challenges of artificial intelligence," and "plagiarism," articles related to the ethics of artificial intelligence in the health field from the years 2000 to 2025 were identified and reviewed.
Findings: After screening, 820 studies were retrieved. Of these, 740 articles were excluded for various reasons, including being outside the desired time period and not addressing ethical considerations. Finally, 80 studies with precise thematic relevance were reviewed. The use of this important technology in the healthcare field provides significant opportunities to improve medical care but also presents ethical challenges. Proper use of artificial intelligence requires adherence to ethical, legal, and social decisions.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study and the current developments in artificial intelligence plugins, articles and scholars should consider ethical guidelines when using artificial intelligence in scientific writing.

Keywords: Challenges of Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, Health, Plagiarism.
