fa تاثیر مصرف شیر حاوی لاکتوباسییلوس اسیدو فیلوس بر آسیب شناسی بافتی و شاخص های سرمی آسیب بافت کبد در رت های دیابتی شده با استرپتوزوتوسین بیوشیمی Biochemical تحقیقی Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">سابقه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> بیماری دیابت به عنوان یکی از عوامل اصلی شیوع اختلالات کبدی شناخته شده است. </span><span dir="ltr" lang="FA">&nbsp;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی آسیب کبد در دیابت ملیتوس و بررسی اثرات محافظتی شیرحاوی لاکتوباسییلوس اسیدو فیلوس در موش های صحرایی دیابتی شده توسط استرپتوزوتوسین می باشد.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">مواد و روشها</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">: در این مطالعه تجربی، 60 سر موش صحرایی نر به طور تصادفی به 6 گروه 10 عددی گروه شاهد سالم، گروه دیابتی، گروه های سالم تیمار شده به ترتیب با 10 و 20 درصد شیر حاوی لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس، گروه های دیابتی تیمار شده به ترتیب با 10 و 20 درصد شیر حاوی لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس تقسیم شدند. پس از گذشت 60 روز از آزمایش نمونه خون ناشتا مستقیم از قلب رت ها جهت آزمایش سطوح سرمی آلانین آمینوترانسفراز(</span><span dir="ltr">ALT</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">)، آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز(</span><span dir="ltr">AST</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">)، آلکالین فسفاتاز(</span><span dir="ltr">ALP</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">)، آلبومین و بیلی روبین تام اخذ گردید. برای آسیب شناسی بافت کبد نیز برش هایی با رنگ آمیزی هماتوکسیلین- ائوزین، طبق روش های معمول تهیه مقاطع هیستوپاتولوژی تهیه گردید.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> موش های صحرایی دیابتی افزایش معنی دار شاخص های سرمی آسیب بافت کبد را در مقایسه با گروه شاهد نشان دادند (</span><span dir="ltr">p</span><span dir="ltr">&le;0/05</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">). در حالی که در گروه دیابتی تیمار شده با شیرحاوی لاکتوباسییلوس اسیدو فیلوس، این شاخص ها در مقایسه با گروه دیابتی به طور معنی داری کاهش نشان داد</span><span dir="ltr" lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">(</span><span dir="ltr">p</span><span dir="ltr">&le;0/05</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">). کمترین میزان </span><span dir="ltr">ALT</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">، </span><span dir="ltr">AST</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> و </span><span dir="ltr">ALP</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> در گروه دیابتی تیمار شده با20 درصد شیر حاوی لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدوفیلوس به ترتیب&nbsp;برابر&nbsp;با&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif font-size: 10pt">6.5</span><span style="line-height: 26.3999996185303px">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"><span style="line-height: 26.3999996185303px">78</span>&nbsp;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">, </span><span dir="ltr">205&plusmn;3.4</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">و </span><span dir="ltr">168&plusmn;1.9</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> مشخص گردید. یافته های آسیب شناسی کبد در توافق با نتایج بیوشیمیایی سرم نشانگر بهبود ساختار بافت آسیب دیده کبد در موش های دیابتی بود.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">نتیجه گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد شیرحاوی لاکتوباسییلوس اسیدوفیلوس دارای اثرات محافظتی از بافت کبد در دیابت القاء شده با استرپتوزوتوسین می باشد</span><span dir="ltr"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <div> <p class="MsoNormal" style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</span></b> Diabetes is known as one the leading causes of hepatic disorders. The aim of this study was to assess the liver damage in diabetes mellitus and the protective effect of milk containing Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA) in rats with diabetes induced by streptozotocin<span dir="rtl" lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' background: white">.</span><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">METHODS:</span></b> In this experimental study, 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups including: control diabetic, normal treated with 10 and 20% milk containing LA, and diabetic rats treated with 10 and 20 percent of milk containing LA. After 60 days fasting, blood samples were obtained directly from cardiac puncture and serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), total bilirubin, and albumin were tested. Histopathology of liver sections stained with H & E histological sectioning was prepared according to conventional methods.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">FINDINGS:</span></b> In diabetic rats, increase in serum liver enzymes, showed significant damage compared to the control group (p &le; 0/05). While in the diabetic group treated with milk containing LA, these indicators when compared to diabetic group was significantly lower (p&le;0.05). The lowest level of ALT, AST and ALT in diabetic rats treated with 20% milk containing LA was 78&plusmn;6.5, 205&plusmn;3.4 and 168&plusmn;1.9, respectively.
