fa گزارش یک مورد واریاسیون جدید عضله کتفی لامی علوم تشریح Descriptive Sciences گزارش مورد case report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="color:blue;">سابقه و هدف: </span></strong><span style="color:windowtext;">عضله کتفی لامی یکی از عضلات منطقه تحت لامی محسوب می شود. به علت اتصالات و مجاورت های این عضله با شبکه بازویی، غلاف کاروتید، عصب فرنیک و عضله جناغی چنبری پستانی آگاهی از همه واریاسیون های احتمالی این عضله از نظر تشریح، بالینی و جراحی بسیار با اهمیت می باشد. </span><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;">گزارش مورد: </span></strong><span style="color:windowtext;">در هنگام تشریح مثلث خلفی گردن سمت چپ جسد مردی با سن حدود 55 سال (که حدود دو سال قبل از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران خریداری شده بود) برای دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد آناتومی در سالن تشریح دانشکده پزشکی بابل دیده شده است که تاندون واسطه ای عضله کتفی لامی به جای عبور از زیر عضله جناغی چنبری پستانی از میان دو منشا اتصالی آن به دسته استخوان جناغ و استخوان چنبری عبور می کند.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این نوع واریاسیون از عضله کتفی لامی، به علت مجاورت این عضله با عناصر اطراف و تاثیر آن بر روی عروق بزرگ غلاف کاروتید و بافت های اطراف می تواند بسیار مهم باشد. </span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: </strong>The&nbsp;omohyoid muscle is one of the muscles among the infrahyoid muscles. Due to the connections and proximity of this muscle to the brachial plexus, carotid sheath, phrenic nerve and sternocleidomastoid muscle, it is very important to be aware of all possible variations of this muscle in terms of anatomic, clinical and surgical factors.<br> <strong>CASE REPORT:</strong> During the dissection of posterior carotid triangle on the left side of the neck of a 55-year-old male cadaver (who had been purchased about two years ago from Tehran University of Medical Sciences) for master&#39;s students of anatomy in the dissection room of Babol University of Medical Sciences, it was observed that instead of passing under the sternocleidomastoid muscle, the intermediate tendon of the omohyoid muscle passes through its two origins connected to the sternum and the clavicle.<br> <strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> This type of variation of the omohyoid muscle can be very important due to the proximity of this muscle to the surrounding elements and its effect on the large vessels of the carotid sheath and surrounding tissues.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> واریاسیون آناتومی, عضله کتفی لامی, عضلات اینفرا هایوئید, عضله جناغی چنبری پستانی.
