fa گزارش یک مورد خال داخل دهانی پایه دار در مخاط گونه دندانپزشکی(بیماریهای دهان) Dentistry (Oral Diseases) گزارش مورد case report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="color:blue;">سابقه و هدف: </span></strong><span style="color:windowtext;">تغییر رنگ دهانی می</span><span style="color:windowtext;">‌ </span><span style="color:windowtext;">تواند منشأ داخلی یا خارجی داشته باشد. خال ملانوتیک نتیجه تکثیر خوش خیم ملانوسیت هاست که نوع داخل دهانی آن بر خلاف خال‌های پوستی ملانوتیک شایع نمی باشد. علاوه بر این، قابلیت تغییرات بدخیمی را داشته و می توانند به ملانومای دهانی تبدیل شوند. در این مقاله، یک مورد خال دهانی پایه دار ملانوتیک گزارش می گردد. </span><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;">گزارش مورد: </span></strong><span style="color:windowtext;">در معاینات داخل دهانی آقای 21 ساله که برای جرمگیری و معاینه دندان به بخش بیماری های دهان مراجعه نموده بود، یک ضایعه برجسته پایه دار سیاه با سطح لبوله و صاف به ابعاد 1&times;1 سانتی متر و قوام سفت در مخاط گونه مشاهده گردید. ضایعه فاقد علائم بوده و در لمس حساس نبود. تحریک مزمن در معاینه بالینی و تاریخچه گزارش نشد و تست دیاسکوپی منفی بود. بیماری سیستمیک و سابقه مصرف دارو و دخانیات نیز گزارش نشد. ضایعه با بیوپسی اکسیژنال با حفظ مارجین امن خارج شد. نمونه ماکروسکوپی، ضایعه قهوه ای-خاکستری با قوام ارتجاعی بود و نمای میکروسکوپی تکثیر خوش خیم سلول های خال و تولید ملانین در بافت همبندی رؤیت گردید. تشخیص نهایی ضایعه خال داخل مخاطی بود. بیمار به مدت دو سال جهت بررسی های منظم شش ماهه مراجعه نمود و در این مدت عود و علائم مشابه در مخاط دهان مشاهده نشد.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در مورد حاضر، نتیجه هیستوپاتولوژی نشان دهنده خال مخاطی پس از بیوپسی اکسیژنال بود. </span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Mouth discoloration can be of internal or external origin. Melanotic nevus are the result of benign proliferation of melanocytes, the intraoral type of which is not as common as melanotic skin moles. In addition, they have the potential for malignant changes and can develop into oral melanoma. In this article, a case of Polypoid Intraoral Nevus is reported.<br> <strong>CASE REPORT:</strong> In intraoral examination, a 21-year-old man who had referred to the Oral Diseases Department for dental scaling and examination showed a prominent black lesion with a smooth, 1&times;1 cm long lobular surface and a firm consolidation in the buccal mucosa. The lesion was asymptomatic and not sensitive to touch. Chronic stimulation was not reported on clinical examination and history, and the diascopy test was negative. Systemic disease and history of drug and tobacco use were not reported. The lesion was removed by excisional biopsy while maintaining a safe margin. The macroscopic specimen was a brownish-gray lesion with elastic consolidation and the microscopic appearance of benign proliferation of nevus cells and melanin production in the connective tissue was observed. The final diagnosis was an intra-mucosal lesion. The patient referred for regular six-month examinations for two years, during which no recurrence or similar symptoms were observed in the oral mucosa.<br> <strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> In the present case, the histopathological result indicated a mucosal nevus after excisional biopsy.</span></div> نووس, ملانوسیت, پیگمانتاسیون.
