fa مقایسه کارایی نسبی بیمارستانهای وابسته به علوم پزشکی بابل و مازندران قبل و بعد از طرح تحول سلامت با تکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده ها مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی Health Management Services كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong><span style="color:blue;">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong> توجه به کارایی بیمارستانها به عنوان بزرگترین و پرهزینه ترین واحد عملیاتی نظام سلامت، از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه کارایی بیمارستانهای وابسته به علوم پزشکی بابل و مازندران قبل و بعد از طرح تحول سلامت می باشد.<strong><span style="border:1pt none windowtext;padding:0cm;background:rgb(250, 250, 250);"><span style="color:black;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;">مواد و روش ها:</span></strong> این مطالعه کاریردی به روش مقایسه ای گذشته نگر قبل و بعد از طرح تحول سلامت بر روی 21 بیمارستان مشمول طرح تحول سلامت دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی بابل و مازندران انجام گردید. داده ها با استفاده از فرم شماره 1-201 و 2-201 معاونت درمان دانشگاه جمع آوری گردید. جهت محاسبه کارایی نسبی و رتبه بندی بیمارستانها با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها شاخص های ورودی و شاخص های خروجی با مدل <span dir="LTR">CCR</span> مورد سنجش قرار گرفت.<strong><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;">یافته ها:</span></strong> در سال 1391 و 1392 قبل از طرح تحول سلامت (61/9%) از بیمارستانهای مورد مطالعه کارا و در سال 1394 بعد از طرح تحول سلامت (71/45%) از بیمارستان ها کارا بوده اند. طرح مذکور موجب افزایش 10% واحدهای کارا از نظر تعداد شده است. همچنین مجموع ضرایب کارایی قبل از طرح برابر با 34/5 و در سال 1394 برابر با 45 بوده است که به این ترتیب، افزایش 25 درصدی ارتقاء ضرایب کارایی در سال بعد از تحول سلامت مشاهده گردید.<span style="font-family:2 mitra;"></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که میزان کارایی و رتبه کارایی بیمارستانهای دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی بابل و مازندران بعد از طرح تحول سلامت افزایش یافته است.</span></span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> </span>Considering to the efficiency of hospitals as the largest and most costly unit of the health system, is important. The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy of hospitals affiliated to the Babol and Mazandaran universities of medical sciences before and after the health development plan.<br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>METHODS: </strong></span>This practical retrospective-comparative study was conducted before and after the Health Development Plan on 21 hospitals affiliated to the Health Development Plan of Babol and Mazandaran Universities of Medical Sciences. The data were collected using the form number 1-201 and 2-201 of the university&#39;s medical council. In order to calculate the relative efficiency and ranking of hospitals using the data envelopment analysis method, input parameters and output indices were measured by CCR model.<br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>RESULTS: </strong></span>In 2012 and 2013 before the Health Development Plan, 61.9% of the hospitals were effective and in 2015, after the Health Development Plan, 71.45% of them were effective. The plan contributes to an increase of 10% of the number of efficient units. Also, the total efficiency ratio before the plan was equal to 34.5 and in 2015, it was 45.
