fa شیوع مرگ و میر دوران نوزادی و شیرخوارگی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بابل، (93-1389) کودکان Children مقطعی Cross Sectional <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> </span>اوّلین سال زندگی در تأمین زیر بنای سلامت و بهبود کیفیت زندگی اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. با توجه به مشخص نبودن میزان مورتالیتی دوران نوزادی و دوران شیرخوارگی در شهر ستان بابل ، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین شیوع مرگ و میر دوره نوزادی و شیرخوارگی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بابل در سالهای1389 تا 1393 انجام شد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong></span> این مطالعه مقطعی در طی یک دوره 5 ساله بر روی داده های موجود و ثبتی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بابل انجام شده است. در این پژوهش کلیه موارد مرگ تا 28 روزگی و یک ماهگی تا یکسالگی از تولد زنده در مناطق روستایی محدوده تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل از نظر علت و جنسیت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);"><strong>یافته ها: </strong></span>تعداد تولد زنده در سال های 89 تا 93 در مناطق روستایی شهرستان بابل بترتیب 2895، 2844، 2951، 3080 و 2801 نفر بود. تعداد مرگ زیر یکسال در طی سال&shy;های 89 تا 93 بترتیب 19، 32، 24، 21 و 20 مورد بود. کمترین میزان مرگ دوران نوزادی در سال 92 و 93 به میزان 3/57 در 1000 مورد بود و بیشترین میزان در سال 1391، 5/42 مورد در 1000 تولد زنده بود. بیشترین مورتالیتی دوران شیرخوارگی در سال 90 به میزان 5/89 مورد و کمترین در سال 89 به میزان 2/76 مورد در هزار نفر بود.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);"><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه گیری: </span></strong></span><span dir="RTL">نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که </span><span dir="RTL">میزان مرگ و میر دوران نوزادی و دوران شیرخوارگی در </span><span dir="RTL">شهرستان بابل از میزان نسبتا ثابت و </span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">مطلوبی </span><span dir="RTL">برخوردار بوده است</span><span dir="RTL">.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong></span> The first year of life in the provision of health infrastructure and improvment of the life quality is very important. Because the mortality in the neonatal period and infancy is unclear in Babol, this study aimed to determine the prevalence of neonatal and infancy mortality in Babol from 2010 to 2014 in rural areas.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);"><strong>METHODS:</strong></span> This cross-sectional study was done based on existing and registered data over a period of 5 years in rural areas. In this study, all deaths to 28 days and one month to one year of live births were examined in rural areas covered by Babol University of Medical Sciences based on reason and gender.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);"><strong>FINDINGS:</strong></span> The number of live births in rural areas of Babol in years of 2010 to 2014 was 2895, 2844, 2951, 3080 and 2801, respectively. The number of deaths under one year during the years of 2010 to 2014 was 19, 32, 24, 21 and 20, respectively. The lowest neonatal mortality rate in years of 1392 and 1393 was 3.57 in 1000 and the highest rate was in 1391, about 5.42 per 1,000 live births, respectively.
