fa گزارش یک مورد بیماری کیست تیموس مدیاستینال جراحی surgery گزارش مورد case report <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> </span><span dir="RTL">بروز ضایعات تیموس به صورت توده کیستیک مدیاستینال، نادر بوده و با ریسک بدخیمی همراه است، که می‌تواند منجر به</span><span dir="RTL"> علائم ناشی از اثر فشاری در مدیاستن شده و یا به طور اتفاقی در جریان تصویربرداری یافت شود. یک مورد کیست تیموس مدیاستینال با </span><span dir="RTL">تنگی نفس</span><span dir="RTL"> ناشی از اثر فشاری معرفی می گردد</span>.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>گزارش مورد: </strong></span><span dir="RTL">خانم 40 ساله‌ای است که به دلیل تنگی نفس تحت ارزیابی تشخیصی قرار گرفت. با توجه به یافته‌ تصویر‌برداری مبنی بر ضایعه کیستیک مدیاستن فوقانی با منشاء احتمالی تیموس، تحت استرنومی میانی و اکسیزیون توده قرار گرفت. بررسی هیستوپاتولوژیک، کیست ساده تیموس را گزارش نمود.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></strong></span> باتوجه به بروز مشکلات تنفسی در بیمار با ضایعه کیستیک مدیاستینال باید نسبت به تشخیص و درمان به موقع اقدام نمود تا ضمن رفع علایم، از بدخیمی احتمالی جلوگیری شود.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong></span> Incidence of thymic lesions in the form of mediastinal cyst is very rare and is accompanied by risk of malignancy, which may induce signs of compression in mediastinum or accidentally be found during imaging. A case of mediastinal thymic cyst with compression-induced shortness of breath is presented.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>CASE REPORT: </strong></span>A 40 year old woman underwent diagnostic assessment because of shortness of breath. Considering imaging results regarding upper mediastinal cystic lesion with possible origin of thymus, she underwent excision of mass and middle sternum.
