fa تاثیر مراقبت آغوشی بر میزان تنش پدران نوزادان نارس بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد پرستاری Nursing مداخله ای Interventional <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong></span> پدران یک جزء مهم در هر خانواده ای محسوب شده و مشارکت شان در مراقبت از نوزاد نارس چالش بزرگی محسوب می شود.شناسایی احساسات آنان درباره مراقبت از کودکشان موضوعی برجسته بشمار می آید هدف از این مطالعه تعیین تاثیر مراقبت آغوشی بر میزان تنش پدران نوزادان نارس بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان می باشد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>مواد و روش&shy;ها:</strong></span> این مطالعه شبه تجربی در مورد25 زوج پدر و نوزاد نارس بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد در سال 1394 انجام شد. مراقبت آغوشی به مدت دو هفته، بصورت روزانه یکبار بعد از شیردهی نوزاد و تعویض پوشک نوزاد به مدت 60 دقیقه &nbsp;انجام شد. پدر، گان پوشیده و در وضعیت راحتی روی صندلی با زاویه 60-45 درجه می نشست، پرستار، نوزاد را در حالت عمودی زیر گان در وسط سینه پدران و به صورت سینه به سینه قرار می داد. پرسشنامه تنش والدی قبل از شروع مطالعه و بعد از اتمام مداخله&nbsp; توسط پدران تکمیل شد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> </span>میانگین نمره تنش پدران قبل از مداخله 11/55&plusmn;122/64 و بعد از مداخله 13/04&plusmn;90/72 بود(0/001<span dir="LTR">p<</span>). همچنین بین میانگین نمره تمام خرده مقیاس ها قبل و بعد از مداخله اختلاف اماری معنی داری وجود داشت (0/001<span dir="LTR">p<</span>).</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>نتیجه</strong> <strong>گیری:</strong> </span>نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که انجام مراقبت آغوشی می تواند در کاهش میزان تنش پدران نوزادان نارس بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه موثر باشد.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong></span> Involvement of fathers, as important members of every family, in the care of premature infants is a major challenge. Therefore, it is essential to understand the feelings of fathers towards infant care. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of kangaroo care on tension in fathers of premature infants hospitalized in a neonatal intensive care unit.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>METHODS: </strong></span>This quasi-experimental study was carried out in 2015 on 25 pairs of fathers and premature infants, hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Shahid Sadoughi Hospital of Yazd, Iran. Kangaroo care was applied for 60 min every day over two weeks after feeding the infants and changing their diaper. After wearing a hospital gown, fathers sat on a chair in a comfortable position (angle of 45-60&deg;). Then, the nurse placed the infant under the father&#39;s gown in a vertical position on the father&#39;s chest (chest-to-chest placement). The fathers completed the parental stress scale before and after the intervention.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>FINDINGS:</strong> </span>The mean total score of tension in fathers was 122.64&plusmn;11.00 before the intervention and 90.72&plusmn;13.04 after the intervention (p<0.001).
