fa بررسی شناخت دندان‌پزشکان استان مازندران از اصول رادیولوژی دندانی رادیولوژی Radiology توصیفی Dicscriptive <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: right line-height: 12pt direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed"><font face="times new roman, times, serif" size="2"><strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: blue">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong><span class="apple-converted-space"><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">&nbsp;</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">استفاده از رادیوگرافی در دندانپزشکی به ‌منظور تشخیص بیماری و بررسی پیشرفت آن اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. انجام رادیوگرافی به دلیل استفاده از اشعه یونیزان بالقوه مضر است. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی شناخت دندان‌پزشکان استان مازندران از اصول رادیولوژی دندانی انجام شد.</span><span dir="ltr" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></font></p> <p dir="rtl" style="line-height: 12pt direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed text-align: start"><font face="times new roman, times, serif" size="2"><strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: blue">مواد و روشها:</span></strong><span class="apple-converted-space"><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: blue">&nbsp;</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 600 نفر از دندان‌پزشکان عمومی استان مازندران(آمل، محمودآباد، ساری، نور) دارای مطب در سال 1393 انجام شد. اطلاعات توسط پرسشنامه‌ای جمع‌آوری شد. پرسشنامه شامل 2 بخش، که بخش اول متشکل از سؤالاتی در مورد اطلاعات دموگرافیک دندان‌پزشک و بخش دوم شامل 11 سؤال در خصوص وسائل مرتبط با انجام رادیوگرافی و تکنیک‌های رادیوگرافی بود.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></font></p> <p dir="rtl" style="line-height: 12pt direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed text-align: start"><font face="times new roman, times, serif" size="2"><strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: blue">یافته&shy;ها:</span></strong><span class="apple-converted-space"><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">&nbsp;</span></span><span lang="FA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">۵۰۰</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"> پرسشنامه تکمیل شد که شامل </span><span lang="FA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">۳۳۵(۶۷%) </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">دندانپزشک مرد و </span><span lang="FA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">۱۶۵(۳۳%) </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">دندانپزشک زن بودند. میانگین سال‌های طبابت افراد6/68&plusmn;12/35 سال بود. نوع تایمر دستگاه در </span><span lang="FA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">۴۶۹(</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">93/8%) مورد دیجیتال بود. 404 (80/8%) دستگاه دارای سر تیوب بلند بودند و </span><span lang="FA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">۴۷۰(۹۴%) </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">دستگاه دارای کولیماتور دایره‌ای بوده است. </span><span lang="FA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">۳۶۷(</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">73/4%) دندان پزشک از تکنیک رادیوگرافی نیمساز و </span><span lang="FA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">۳۷۴(</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">74/8%) نفر از فیلم با سرعت</span><span dir="ltr" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">E<span class="apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">&nbsp;استفاده می کردند. </span><span lang="FA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">۴۱۶(</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)">83/2%) نفر دوره کالیبراسیون سالانه برای دستگاه های رادیوگرافی را پیشنهاد کردند.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></font></p> <p dir="rtl" style="line-height: 12pt direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed text-align: start"><font face="times new roman, times, serif" size="2"><strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: blue">نتیجه گیری:</span></strong><span class="apple-converted-space"><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: blue">&nbsp;</span></span></font><span lang="AR-SA" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"><font face="times new roman, times, serif" size="2">نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که شناخت دندان‌پزشکان استان مازندران از اصول رادیولوژی نسبتاً مناسب می باشد.</font><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif font-size: 7.5pt"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><font face="times new roman, times, serif"><b><span style="font-size: 10pt color: blue">BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: </span></b><span style="font-size: 10pt">The use of dental radiography is inevitable in order for disease diagnosis, assessment and monitoring. </span><span style="font-size: 10pt background: white">Radiogeraphy</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"> is potentially harmful due to the use of ionizing radiation. This study was conducted to</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"> evaluate dentists&rsquo; knowledge about the principles of dental radiology.</span><b><span dir="rtl" lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt color: blue"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></b></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><font face="times new roman, times, serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt color: blue">&nbsp;</span></b><b><span style="font-size: 10pt color: blue">METHODS:</span></b><span style="font-size: 10pt"> This cross-sectional study was performed on 600 general dentists willing to cooperate with this study </span><span style="font-size: 10pt">in Amol, Noor, Mahmoodabad and Sari cities located in Mazandaran province, Iran, in 2014</span><span style="font-size: 10pt">. </span><span style="font-size: 10pt">All the data were obtained by means of a questionnaire.</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"> The </span><span style="font-size: 10pt">questionnaire</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"> included two parts the first part surveyed demographic information, and the </span><span style="font-size: 10pt">second part included 11 items about radiographic technique and equipments.</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><font face="times new roman, times, serif"><b><span style="font-size: 10pt color: blue">FINDINGS: </span></b><span style="font-size: 10pt">500 questionnaires were completed. Among the surveyed population, 335 (67%) and 165 (33%) dentists were male and female, respectively. The mean of practical experiences was 12.35&plusmn;6.68 years. 469 dentists (93.8%) used the dental X-ray machine with digital timer and 404 dentist (80.8%) used the dental X-ray machine with long cone tube. Additionally, 470(94%) X-ray machine had round. Generally, 367 (73.4%) and 374 (74.8%) dentists used </span><span style="font-size: 10pt">bisecting technique and E-speed films</span><span style="font-size: 10pt">, respectively.
