fa سن یائسگی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در زنان شهر بابل مامایی Midwifery تحلیلی Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="line-height: 16pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">سابقه و هدف:</span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">&nbsp;</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">یائسگی، نقش کلیدی در زندگی یک زن ایفا میکند. زنان حدود یک سوم</span><span dir="ltr" lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">از عمر خود را در سنین پس از یائسگی می گذرانند و از طرفی یائسگی، نسبت به سایر دوران ها کمتر مطالعه شده است. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین سن یائسگی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در زنان یائسه شهر بابل انجام شد.<b> <!--stripped--><!--stripped--></b></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="line-height: 16pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">مواد و روشها:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> این مطالعه مقطعی با نمونه گیری خوشه ای بر روی 300 زن یائسه که از طریق پرسش از درب همه منازل مناطق قرعه کشی شده، شناسایی شدند، انجام شد. پرسشنامه شامل سن یائسگی، شاخص توده بدنی، سن منارک، سن اولین بارداری، مدت استفاده از روش جلوگیری هورمونی، چپ دستی، شاغل بودن، نظم قاعدگی، ورزش، دخانیات، تحصیلات زن و همسر، تاهل، بعد خانوار، تعداد زایمان و سقط؛ به صورت چک لیست تهیه و استرس توسط پرسشنامه هولمز و راهه بررسی شد. <!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="line-height: 16pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">یافته ها:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> میانگین سن یائسگی 21/0</span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">02/50 سال، طول مدت ازدواج 63/0</span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">10/42 سال، سن به هنگام آخرین بارداری 35/0</span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">15/35 سال و مدت زمان شیردهی 5/3</span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">02/106 ماه بود. بین طول مدت ازدواج، سن آخرین بارداری، نمره استرس و مدت شیردهی با سن یائسگی ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت(001/0</span><span dir="ltr">p<</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">)، اما برخی از عوامل همچون شاخص توده بدنی، نظم و سن اولین قاعدگی، مدت زمان استفاده از روش جلوگیری هورمونی و ورزش ارتباط معنی داری نداشتند.<span style="color: red">&nbsp;</span><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">نتیجه گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> میانگین سن یائسگی بابل، نسبت به سایر نقاط کشور بالاتر ولی در محدوده سنی طبیعی است و با طول مدت ازدواج، سن آخرین بارداری، نمره استرس و مدت شیردهی ارتباط معنی داری داشت.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</span></b> Menopause plays a pivotal role in women&rsquo;s life comprising of approximately one third of it. Nevertheless, few studies have focused on the significance of this period. This study aimed to determine the age of menopause and its associated factors in postmenopausal women in Babol, Iran<span class="hps"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <pre style="line-height: 16pt background: white"> <b><span lang="X-NONE" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif color: blue">METHODS:</span></b><span lang="X-NONE" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> This cross-sectional study was conducted by cluster sampling on 300 postmenopausal women identified by doorstep questioning of the homes in selected areas. The questionnaires consisted of information on the menopause age, body mass index (BMI), age at menarche, first pregnancy age, duration of hormonal contraceptive use, left-handedness, occupation, menstrual regularity, exercise, smoking habits, couple&rsquo;s education degree, marital status, family size and the number of births and abortions. The collected data were registered into checklists and The Holmes&nbsp;&&nbsp;Rahe Stress Scale was used for the assessment of the variables.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></pre> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">FINDINGS:</span></b> In total, the average age of menopause was 50.02&plusmn;0.21 years, the average length of marriage was 42.10&plusmn;0.63 years, age at last pregnancy was 35.15&plusmn;0.35 years and the lactation duration was 106.02&plusmn;3.5 months.
