fa روند بروز سرطان کولورکتال و جنبه های اپیدمیولوژیکی و بالینی بازماندگان آن در شهرستان بابل (91-1386) اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology تحقیقی Research <p class="MsoNormalCxSpFirst" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">سابقه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> سرطان کولورکتال چهارمین سرطان شایع در ایران</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span lang="FA" dir="ltr"><span dir="ltr"></span> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">با توزیع جغرافیایی متفاوت است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی روند بروز و جنبه­های اپیدمیولوژیکی و بالینی در بازماندگان این سرطان در شهرستان بابل می­باشد.<o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">مواد و روشها</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">: در این مطالعه مقطعی تمام موارد جدید سرطان کولورکتال موجود در نظام ثبت سرطان مرکز بهداشت شهرستان بابل، بین سالهای 1391-1386 جهت بررسی روند بروز در نظر گرفته شدند. اطلاعات مربوط به خصوصیات اپیدمیولوژیک و بالینی در سال 1392 از طریق مصاحبه با بازماندگان این سرطان در دوره مذکور بررسی گردید.<o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> در مجموع 237 بیمار در بازه زمانی مورد نظر به ثبت رسیده بود که فقط 120 نفر آنان در سال 1392 زنده و در دسترس بودند. میزان بروز استاندارد شده سنی در سال 1386، 7/7 به إزای صد هزار نفر بود که با یک روند افزایشی به 6/14 در سال 1391 رسیده است. میانگین سنی بازماندگان 14/14</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"><span dir="ltr"></span>±</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"><span dir="rtl"></span>74/56 سال بود. 54% شهرنشین، 46% بی­سواد،30% سیگاری، 16% مصرف کننده قلیان و 10% تریاک بودند. (5/22%)27 نفر نیز دارای سرطان کولورکتال در یکی از بستگان بودند. حدود یک سوم بیماران در زمان تشخیص کمتر از 50 سال سن داشتند. میانگین فاصله زمانی بین ظهور علایم بیماری تا تشخیص 3/13</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr"><span dir="ltr"></span>±</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"><span dir="rtl"></span>10 ماه، شایعترین علایم بیماری تغییر اجابت مزاج، رکتوراژی، درد شکمی، یبوست و کاهش وزن بودند. <o:p /></span></p> <b><span lang="FA" dir="rtl" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">نتیجه گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA" dir="rtl" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: '2 Mitra'"> نتایج حاکی از افزایش بروز سرطان کولورکتال در بابل است. با توجه به درصد قابل توجه افراد جوان و فاصله زمانی طولانی بین شروع علائم تا تشخیص قطعی، برنامه­ریزی جهت آموزش علائم هشدار دهنده و غربالگری آن توصیه می­گردد.</span> <p class="MsoNormal" style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">BACKGROUND AND OBJECTI</span></b><b><span style="color: blue">VE:</span></b> Colorectal cancer is the fourth most common cancer in Iran with a diverse geographic distribution. The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of colorectal cancer and assess the clinical and epidemiologic characteristics of survivors in the city of Babol, Iran.<o:p /></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">METHODS:</span></b> In this cross-sectional study, all new cases of colorectal cancer, recorded by the Cancer Registry Center of Babol, were included for the assessment of the incidence of colorectal cancer during 2007-2012. Clinical and epidemiologic features of patients were investigated via interview in 2013.<o:p /></p> <p class="Default" style="line-height: 16pt"><b><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif color: blue">FINDINGS:</span></b><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> </span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">A total of 237 patients were registered during the specified period, although only 120 subjects had survived until 2013. Age-standardized rate was 7.7 per 100,000 people in 2007, which increased to 14.6 in 2012. Overall, 54% of subjects were urban residents, 46% were illiterate, 30% were smokers, 16% used hookah, and 10% consumed opium. Family history of colorectal cancer was reported in 27 patients (22.5%). The average age of survivors was 56.74±14.14 years about a third of patients were younger than 50 years at the time of diagnosis. The mean interval between the presentation of symptoms and diagnosis was 10±13.3 months, and the most common symptoms of the disease included altered bowel habits, rectorhalgia, abdominal pain, constipation, and weight loss, respectively</span><span class="longtext"><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif color: rgb(34, 34, 34)">.</span></span><b><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif color: windowtext"><o:p /></span></b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">CONCLUSION:</span></b> The obtained results showed the increased incidence of colorectal cancer in Babol city.
