کیلوگرم به مدت چهار هفته (پنج روز در هفته) به صورت داخل صفاقی تزریق گردید. موش ها 24 ساعت بعد از آخرین تزریق کشته شدند. برش‏های بافتی از پانکراس جهت مطالعات میکروسکوپی تهیه The exercise groups practiced on a spinning wheel for four weeks. The rats in the experimental groups received 200 mg of diazinon intraperitoneally once during the intervention. In addition, they received 100 mg of the extract for four weeks (five days a week). The rats were sacrificed 24 hours after the final injection.
