fa مقایسه عوامل خطر در زایمان زودرس با ترم مامایی Midwifery تحلیلی Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="line-height: 18pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">سابقه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> زایمان زودرس به حضور انقباضات پیش رونده رحم قبل از هفته 37 بارداری اطلاق می گردد. از آنجایی که تولد نوزاد نارس با عوارض پره ناتال و هزینه سنگین همراه است، در این مطالعه عوامل خطر زایمان زودرس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="line-height: 18pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">مواد و روشها:</span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">&nbsp;</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 377 خانم باردار با زایمان زودرس (23 تا 37 هفته) و 423 خانم باردار ترم که جهت زایمان در بیمارستان آیت الله روحانی بابل بستری شدند، انجام گردید. اطلاعات دموگرافیک، سابقه نازایی، مصرف سیگار، مواد مخدر، مصرف فست فود، سابقه و یا وجود بیماری های مادر، سابقه جراحی، عفونت ادراری، الیگوهیدرامینوس،</span><span dir="ltr">IUGR </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">، آنومالی جنین، پارگی زودرس کیسه آب، خونریزی واژینال و اطلاعات نوزادی استخراج و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="line-height: 18pt"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">یافته ها:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'"> در این مطالعه اشتغال به کار در گروه زایمان زودرس 83 نفر (22%) در مقابل 51 نفر (12%)، سابقه زایمان زودرس 41 نفر (9/10%) در مقابل 21 نفر (5%)، خونریزی سه ماهه اول 118 نفر (3/31%) در مقابل 61 نفر (4/14%)، مصرف غذای فست فود 34 نفر (9%) در مقابل 14 نفر (3/3%)، عفونت ادراری 150 نفر (8/39%) در مقابل 111 نفر (2/26%)، آنمی 62 نفر (4/16%)</span><span dir="ltr" lang="FA"> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">در مقابل 29 نفر (9/6)، فشارخون 72 نفر (1/19%) در مقابل&nbsp;13&nbsp;نفر&nbsp;(1/3%) و مصرف سیگار در22 نفر (8/5%) در مقابل 5 نفر (2/1%) ارتباط آماری معنی داری را نشان داد (05/ 0&nbsp;</span><span dir="ltr">p<</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">).<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra' color: blue">نتیجه گیری:</span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">&nbsp;</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: '2 Mitra'">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که بیشتر عوامل خطر ساز زایمان زودرس جزو عوامل قابل کنترل می باشد.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</span></b> Premature delivery is the presence of progressive uterine contractions before reaching 37 weeks of pregnancy. Since it is associated with perinatal complications and high costs, this study aimed to study the risk factors for premature delivery.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">METHODS:</span></b> This cross-sectional study was conducted on 377 pregnant women with preterm labor (23-37 weeks) and 423 pregnant women of term delivery referring to Ayatollah Rohani Hospital of Babol city, Iran<span dir="rtl" lang="FA">.</span> We extracted and investigated the subjects&rsquo; demographic data, history of infertility, smoking habits, use of drugs, fast food consumption, history or presence of maternal illnesses and surgery, Urinary Tract Infections (UTI), Oligohydramnios, intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR), embryonic anomalies, premature rupture of membranes, vaginal bleeding as well as the neonatal data.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span style="color: blue">FINDINGS:</span></b> As observed in the two groups of preterm and term delivery respectively, there was employment during pregnancy in 83 (22%) and 51 (12%) cases, a history of preterm labor in 41 (10.9%) versus 21 (5%) cases, bleeding during the first trimester in 118 (31.3%) versus 61 (14.4%) cases, fast food consumption in 34 (9%) versus 14 (3.3%) cases, UTI in 150 (39.8%) versus 111 (26.2%) cases, anemia in 62 (16.4%) versus 29 (6.9%) cases, hypertension in 72 (19.1%) versus 13 (3.1%) cases and finally, smoking habits in 22 (5.8%) versus 5 (1.2%) subjects.
