fa شایعترین علل درخواست دارو بدون نسخه از دیدگاه مراجعه کنندگان به داروخانه های شهر کرمان بیوشیمی Biochemical تحلیلی Research سابقه و هدف: مصرف خودسرانه و بدون نسخه دارو می تواند مشکلات متعددی را ایجاد کند. این مطالعه بمنظور تعیین شایعترین علل درخواست دارو بدون نسخه از دیدگاه مراجعه کنندگان به داروخانه های شهر کرمان انجام شده تا در حد امکان بتوان در رفع این علل تلاش نمود. مواد و روش ها: پرسش نامه ای برای 300 مراجعه کننده جهت دریافت دارو بدون نسخه، در 10 داروخانه شهر کرمان که بطور تصادفی انتخاب شدند، تکمیل گردید. پرسشنامه حاوی دو سوال کلی بوده که از طریق مطالعه آزمایشی تهیه شد. یافته ها: در پاسخ به این سوال که «چرا داروی بدون نسخه می خواهید؟»، جوابهای مختلفی داده شد. در 51% از موارد استفاده قبلی و بهبودی و نیز وجود علائم مشابه، در 20.6% موارد عدم استطاعت مالی برای پرداخت حق ویزیت، در 8.3% موارد امتناع از پرداخت حق ویزیت به دلیل تجویز مشابه از سوی پزشک، در 4.7% موارد خود تجویزی مطرح گردید. سایر پاسخ ها شامل، وجود بازار دارویی آزاد (3.6%، دیکته به پزشک (2.3%)، وخامت حال و عدم توانایی مراجعه به پزشک (2%)، به دلیل مسافر بودن (2%)، سهولت تهیه دارو بدون نسخه (1.7%)، عدم تحویل داروی کامل از سوی داروخانه ها (1.7%)، همراه نیاوردن نسخه (0.7%)، تحویل داروی مشابه علیرغم نسخه پزشک (0.7%) می باشد. در پاسخ به سوال دوم که «چرا به پزشک مراجعه نمی کنید؟»، نیز پاسخ های متفاوتی داده شده است. در 32.4% موارد عدم استطاعت مالی جهت پرداخت حق ویزیت، نداشتن وقت برای مراجعه به پزشک (23.7%)، اطمینان از تجویز داروها از طرف پزشک و عدم پرداخت حق ویزیت (15.7%)، در مسافرت بسر بردن پزشک خانوادگی (6.7%)، شلوغ بودن مطب پزشکان (6%)، بدحال بودن و عدم توان مراجعه به دکتر (5%)، پزشک خود بودن (4%)، تجویز با دیکته کردن بیمار به پزشک (3%)، استفاده قبلی و بهبودی و وجود علائم مشابه (1.6%)، سهولت تهیه دارو بدون نسخه (1.3%)، تحویل داروی مشابه علیرغم نسخه پزشک (0.6%) ذکر شده است. نتیجه گیری: براساس این نتایج بدیهی است که توجه به هرکدام از علل ذکر شده و برطرف نمودن هر یک از آنها می تواند در کاهش روند درخواست درخواست داروی بدون نسخه موثر واقع شود. Objective: Consumption of drugs without prescriptions arises many problems. In this study the most prevalent reasons for requesting drugs without prescriptions were determined. Methods: This study was performed by a descriptive profile complete for 300 people from the pharmacies in Kerman province. Findings: The answer to the first question of profile “Why do you want a drug without prescription?”, are: I have used this drug before, it was effective, I have the same disease now and I want to buy the same drug in 51% of cases, “I can’t afford the doctor’s visit” in 20.6%, I know what the doctor will prescribe me and I don’t want to pay the doctor in 8.3%, I am a doctor for me in 4.7%, the stence of open markets for drugs in 3.6%, “The doctor will prescribe and drug I ask him to”, in 2.3%, “I am very sick, and I can’t go to the doctor” in 2%, “I am a traveler” in 2%, “Without prescription is easier” in 1.7%, “The pharmacies do not dispense all the prescribed drug by the physician” in 1.7%, “I haven’t brought the prescription” in 0.7% and “What ever the doctor prescribes, the pharmacies give the similar one”, in 0.7% of cases. The frequency of answers to the second question “Why don’t you consult with a doctor are”: “I can’t afford the prescription fees” in 32.4% of cases, “I don’t have time to go to a doctor” in 23.7%, “I know what the doctor prescribes me and so I don’t want to pay the doctor” in 15.7%, “My family doctor has gone on trip” in 6.7%, “It is difficult to consult good doctor because they are busy” in 6.7%, “I am ill in bed and I can’t a doctor” in 5%, “I am a doctor for me” in 4%, “The doctor will prescribe me whatever I ask” in 3%, “I have taken this drug before, it was effective I have the same illness” in 1.6%, “It is more comfortable and easier without prescription” in 1.3% and “Whatever the doctor prescribes the pharmacies give the similar ones” in 0.6% of cases.
