fa مروری بر ملاحظات اخلاقی در درمان اعتیاد بیوشیمی Biochemical تحلیلی Research مقدمه: اعتیاد به عنوان یک بیماری، یکی از بزرگترین چالشهای پیش روی نظام سلامت کشور است که ابعاد رو به گسترشی را دارا است. توجه و الزام به رعایت ملاحضات اخلاقی در درمان این گروه از بیماران از موضوعیت و حساسیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است.<br>مواد و روشها: برای جمع آوری منابع موجود در زمینه تعهد حرفه ای ، در ابتدا با استفاده از موتورهای جستجوی اینترنتی سایت‌ها ، مطالب و مقالات مرتبط جستجو و گزینش شدند. سپس پرسشهای مرتبط به مطالب انتخاب شده عرضه شدند. مجموعه پاسخ‌هایی که برای این پرسش ها به دست آمد، جمع بندی، طبقه بندی و در مقاله حاضر ارائه شده اند.<br>نتایج: پزشکانی که به درمان اعتیاد اشتغال دارند، مانند سایر اعضای جامعه پزشکی کاری حرفه‌ای را انجام میدهند و مانند سایر اعضای جامعه پزشکی اخلاقاً موظفند که بر طبق اصول و معیارهای تعهد حرفه‌ای عمل کنند. صاحبان این حرفه، نه تنها نسبت به بیماران، بلکه نسبت به جامعه و نیز نسبت به دیگر ارایه دهندگان مراقبت‌های سلامتی مسؤولیت دارند. و این تعهد را بر عهده دارند که منافع بیماران را بر منافع شخصی خود ترجیح دهند. نکاتی که از مرور مطالب و مقالات فوق و عرضه سؤال های مربوطه حاصل می شوند در ادامه فهرست شده اند.<br>بحث: درمان اعتیاد بواسطه اهمیت و حجم گسترده ای که در کشور ما دارد، نیازمند توجه فوری و اساسی جهت تدوین کدهای اخلاقی ویژه خود است. همچنین پژوهش، آموزش و اطلاع رسانی در این حیطه، برای دستیابی به وضعیت اخلاقی مطلوب، ضروری است. Introduction: Addiction as a disease. Is one of the greatest challenges in front of the health system of Iran, which has increasing dimensions. Attention and obedience to the ethical issues and obligations in the treatment of addiction are of especial importance.<br> Methods and Materials: We selected the most related articles among the related resources fount through searches of databases, and then asked the related questions of the literature identified. The answers were examined and classified in the article.<br>Results: The physicians who give health care to addict patients, as other members of the medical society, are professionals, and are ethically obligated to act according to the principles and standards of professionalism. They are responsible not only to their patients, but also to the society and to other health care workers, and they have to prioritize the patients’ interests to their own interests. The results of reviewing if the above mentioned resources are listed in the article. <br>Discussion: Because of its great and increasing dimensions, the treatment of addiction needs to more attention and compiling the related especial codes and guidelines.
