fa تاثیر فلور میکروبی گردن رحم بر نتایج تکنیک های کمک باروری بیوشیمی Biochemical تحلیلی Research سابقه و هدف: بیش از دو دهه است که استفاده از روش های کمک باروری رواج یافته است. عوامل بسیاری بر روی نتایج آن ها موثر می باشند. یکی از فاکتورهای مورد توجه در سالهای اخیر فلور میکروبیال سرویکس است. هدف از این مطالعه تاثیر فلور میکروبی گردن رحم بر روی نتایج حاصل ازIVF-ICSI می باشد.<br>مواد و روشها: این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی بر روی 50 زن نابارور تحت درمان IVF-ICSIانجام پذیرفت. در زمان انجام پانکچر و انتقال جنین، از ترشحات سرویکس رحم و همچنین از نوک کاتتر، بعد از انتقال جنین نمونه برداری انجام گرفت و کشت داده شد. نتایج کشت با پارامترهایی مانند زمان نمونه برداری، میزان حاملگی و عوامل دیگری مثل اندومتریوز مقایسه گردید. <br>یافته ها: از 50 بیمار، حدود 28 نفر دارای کشت مثبت بودند. 9 کشت مثبت مربوط به زمان پانکچر بود. انتروباکتر، کلی فرم، E-Coli بیشترین میکروارگانیسم های گرم منفی بودند. میزان باروری در گروه کشت منفی 1/57% و در گروه کشت مثبت 4/36% بود.<br>نتیجه گیری: فلورمیکروبی گردن رحم به عنوان یک عامل منفی در نتایج باروری ناشی از روش های کمک باروری مطرح بوده و باعث کاهش میزان حاملگی بعد از انتقال جنین می گردد. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Use of assisted reproductive technology is common for more than two decades. Many factors influence the success rate of these methods. One of the factors that was noticed in recent years is cervix microbial lora. This aim of this study was to consider the effect of cervical microbial flora on assisted reproductive technology. <br>METHODS: This cross sectional study was performed on 50 infertile women who candidated for IVF-ICSI (In vitro fertilization- intracytoplasmic sperm injection) cycle. Through puncture and embryo transfer, samples were taken from cervix excretion and also all samples taken from the tip of embryo transfer catheter were cultured. Then the results of cultures were compared with parameters like time of sampling, pregnancy rate and endometriosis. <br>FINDINGS: From 50 patients, 22 had positive culture that 9 patients had positive culture at the puncture time. Enterobacter, coli form and E. coli were common gram negative microorganisms. Pregnancy rate in negative culture group was 50% and in positive culture group was 30%.<br>CONCLUSION: The results of this study show the negative effect of cervical bacterial flora on the implantation process. Cervical bacterial flora causes a decrease in pregnancy rate after embryo transfer.
