fa گزارش یک مورد جسم خارجی 10 سانتی‌متری در مثانه اورولوژی Urology گزارش مورد case report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه<b> </b>و هدف: </span></b><span lang="FA">وجود جسم خارجی در مثانه از موارد نادر است که معمولاً قرارگیری آن توسط خود فرد و یا باقی ماندن قسمتی از سوند فولی و یا در اثر ترومای نافذ می‌باشد. در این مطالعه یک مورد قرارگیری مداد داخل مثانه یک خانم با سابقه افسردگی گزارش می‌گردد</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">گزارش مورد:</span></b> <span lang="FA">بیمار خانم 44 ساله و مجرد با سابقه بیماری تشنج و افسردگی می‌باشد که با شکایت درد پهلو چپ از حدود 5/1 ماه پیش و هماچوری و سوزش ادرار و ترشح چرک از حدود یک هفته پیش به درمانگاه اورولوژی بیمارستان امام رضا اردبیل مراجعه کرد، با توجه به عدم وجود یافته خاص در معاینه بیمار و عدم همکاری وی در ارائه شرح حال برای بیمار سونوگرافی کامل شکم و لگن انجام شد که تصویر جسم به ابعاد 5</span><span lang="FA">&times;</span><span lang="FA">98 میلی‌متر بصورت مورب در داخل مثانه رویت شد سپس بیمار مورد سیستوسکوپی قرار گرفته و در نهایت به شکل طولی خارج و با آنتی‌بیوتیک خوراکی مرخص گردید. در پیگیری ماهانه انجام شده علائم رفع و بیمار شکایتی نداشت</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">در صورت وجود علائم ادراری و حتی علایم غیر اختصاصی به خصوص در بیمارانی که داری اختلالات روانی از جمله افسردگی هستند باید حتماً وجود جسم خارجی در مثانه را مد نظر داشت</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">.<b> </b></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background and Objective:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The presence of a foreign body in the bladder is a rare occurrence, usually caused by the individual himself or by a part of a Foley catheter remaining in the bladder or by penetrating trauma. This study shows that in the presence of urinary symptoms and even non-specific symptoms, the possibility of a foreign body should always be considered in the differential diagnosis of infections and urinary stones.</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">In this study, a case of a pencil being placed in the bladder of a woman with a history of depression is reported.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Case Report:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> A 44 -year-old single female patient with a past medical history of seizures and depression who complained of left side pain since about 1.5 months ago. Hematuria, heartburn, and pus discharge have been visiting the urology clinic of Imam Rezai Hospital in Ardabil since about a week ago, due to the absence of specific findings in the patient&#39;s physical examination and his lack of cooperation in providing a medical&nbsp; history for the patient, a ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis was performed that the image of the object with dimensions of 98&times;5 mm is seen diagonally inside the bladder, then the patient was subjected to cystoscopy and finally it was removed longitudinally and discharged with oral antibiotics. In the monthly follow - up, the symptoms were resolved and there were no complaint.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> In the presence of urinary symptoms and even non-specific symptoms, especially in patients with mental disorders, including depression, the presence of a foreign body in the bladder should be considered.</span></span></span></span></div> مثانه, جسم خارجی, جسم خارجی در مثانه, سیستم ادراری-تناسلی, افسردگی.
