fa گزارش یک مورد نادر واریاسیون موقعیت عصب مدین علوم تشریح Descriptive Sciences گزارش مورد case report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه<b> </b>و هدف: </span></b><span lang="FA">واریاسیون‌های متعددی در مورد تشکیل شبکه بازویی گزارش شده است</span> <span lang="FA">و تمام این تغییرات باید در هنگام رویکرد جراحی برای درمان آسیب‌های مؤثر بر اعصاب بازویی در نظر گرفته شود. در مطالعه حاضر، واریاسیون نادری در مورد موقعیت تشکیل عصب مدین و شاخه‌های طناب داخلی گزارش می‌گردد</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">گزارش مورد: </span></b><span lang="FA">در حین تشریح جسد یک مرد 65 ساله، برای اهداف آموزشی در دانشکده پزشکی، یک واریاسیون نادر در شبکه بازویی در حفره آگزیلاری سمت راست مشاهده شد، هنگام تشریح ناحیه پکتورال و حفره آگزیلاری و پس از بررسی بیشتر مشخص گردید که عصب مدین از به هم پیوستن ریشه‌های داخلی و خارجی از طناب‌های داخلی و خارجی شبکه بازویی، در بازو و خلف شریان بازویی تشکیل شده بود. عصب پوستی داخلی بازو و پوستی داخلی ساعد همچنین از نظر منشاء از یک تنه مشترک منشاء می‌گیرند که از طناب داخلی جدا می‌شود</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">با توجه به نتایج این مورد گزارش شده،<b> </b></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">آگاهی از این واریاسیون‌ها برای آناتومیست‌ها، رادیولوژیست‌ها، متخصصان بیهوشی و جراحان برای تفسیر علائم و نشانه‌های بالینی غیرقابل توضیح مهم است و می‌تواند از عوارض احتمالی عمل جراحی جلوگیری کند</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">.<b> </b></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background and Objective:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Several variations have been reported regarding the formation of the brachial plexus, and all of these variations should be considered when planning surgical approaches to treat injuries that affect the brachial nerves. In the present study, a rare variation in the position of the median nerve and the branches of the medial cord is reported.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Case Report:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> During the autopsy of a 65-year-old man for teaching purposes in the medical school, a rare variation in the brachial plexus was observed in the right axillary fossa. During dissection of the pectoral region and axillary fossa, and upon further examination, it was determined that the median nerve was formed by the union of the medial and lateral roots of the medial and lateral cords of the brachial plexus, in the arm and posterior to the brachial artery. The medial cutaneous nerve of the arm and the medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm also originate from a common trunk that branches off from the medial cord.</span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Conclusion:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> According to the results of this reported case, awareness of these variations is important for anatomists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and surgeons to interpret unexplained clinical signs and symptoms and can prevent potential complications of surgery.</span></span></span></div> شبکه بازویی, عصب مدین, شریان آگزیلاری, طناب داخلی, واریاسیون.
